Billy

Billy spent his early childhood in St. Lawrence, Newfoundland and later moved to Liverpool, Nova Scotia.  Some people may recognize him from his years spent at the Quarterdeck Beachside Villas & Grill or teaching surfing and kayaking at the Rossignol Surf Shop.

He entered Real Estate in 2004 and had a successful career working for C.R. Cooks Coldwell Banker.  It was at this time when he and his partner, Jessica bought their first home on Covey Lake.  They continue to reside there today with their son Sam, and their two cats, Iddy and Duke.

Billy took some time off from real estate during the past few years to develop his interests in drafting and design.  He received his diploma in Mechanical Drafting with honours from NSCC and has worked at a number of companies developing his design skills.  Billy always had a keen interest in architecture and from this has grown a passion for home renovations and design.

Now Billy is very happy and excited to return to Real Estate with this new passion and experience.  He anticipates a promising career with Claussen Walters which recently became the Exclusive South Shore affiliate for ViewPoint Realty.
